Every psychic/intuitive uses the “Clairs” and their guides to receive information for the highest good of all but how do spirit guides actually communicate with us? Other than the “Clairs” guides will also use symbols and dreams and we need to learn how to interpret them. Building on what we have  learned so far, this section looks at What Psychics really do. What types of information they receive and how they receive it. How to interpret signs and symbols because it takes less energy to use a sign or symbol than it does to convey information as words so that’s how our guides communicate with us. As they say: “a picture speaks a thousand words”.

In this two-part course you will learn about the different types of mediumship, the 6 “Clairs” what they are and practice a number of different exercises to develop them, as well as connecting to and communicating with your Spirit Guide.

In this module we will be discussing, who/what is your spirit guide, how they can help you and most importantly how to connect to them. There are several different ways, none of which are any better than the other, but everyone will have their own personal preference. Initially many people use a pendulum but most find the best way is through guided visualization such as a Journey to Meet Your Spirit Guide. In this lesson we will work with both these methods.

We need to understand the chakra system because it has a direct connection to our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Understanding its functions can help us respond to life with awareness rather than being unconsciously reactive. Psychical, mental, emotional and past life traumas are stored in the chakras and by learning about them, when they develop, we can identify any unconscious traumas from this and past lives thus helping ourselves move forward in our lives.
