what is earth day?

22nd April each year is Earthday – For me it’s a time to celebrate our beautiful planet. To be thankful for her bounty and for everything she provides for us and to give back whatever we can in gratitude and healing.

This is why I created this downloadable meditation which will take you on a journey to the temple of creation so you can channel pure unconditional loving energy to yourself, to mother earth and all her sentient beings. In it you will connect to the 12 angels of creation to channel universal creative loving energy to replenish mother earth and so send healing to all those currently experiencing conflict.

Earth Day has taken place every year since 1970 marking the anniversary of the modern environmental movement.

Today, Earth Day is recognized as the largest secular observance in the world. 190 countries out of the 195 countries in the world and marked by more than a billion people every year. It is day of “call to action” to change human behaviour so we can create a better world for ourselves and everyone else. As we endeavour to create a cleaner environment and to slow down climate change.

Themes in the past have included.

2022 –"Invest In Our Planet." Earth Day 2022 is focused on accelerating solutions to combat our greatest threat, climate change, and to activate everyone - governments, citizens, and businesses - to do their part.

2021 - "Restore our Earth"  Every all need a healthy planet to support our jobs, livelihoods, health & survival, and happiness. A healthy Earth is not an option — it’s a necessity. One effort will be to raise people’s knowledge of the issues so the leaders of tomorrow can prepare solutions today.

2020 – "History and Motivation to Stem Climate Change" - amidst the Covid pandemic Earth Day went digital and many events were streamed worldwide.
