These are the notes and instructions from workshops I have done around the country and at the College of Psychic Studies detailing a variety of different methods you can use to release earthbound spirits. Spirits become earthbound for many different reasons especially after a sudden death when they often don’t realise, they have passed. I devised this method intuitively when I found discovered my new house was haunted but an old lady who had died there. It worked and she was very grateful. It has since been used by many of my students all over the world.
