In his book The Energy Healing Experiment) Gary Schwartz PhD, describes experiments he conducted in laboratories showing how fields radiate from a person’s heart and can be received and measured in another person’s brain in a separate room. He has also done experiments showing that the simple intention to do something is registered by others as well.

We have all heard of how dogs often seem to know when their owners are about to arrive home. We explain this type of phenomena away by assuming the dog has heard their owner’s car or footsteps before we have.

In experiments conducted by Rupert Sheldrake PhD author of Morphic Resonance: The Nature of Formative Causation (sometimes known as the 100 Monkey syndrome) and Austrian Television into is very fact, found dogs actually know from the very moment their owner decides to come home. It’s as if they pick up the very intention of coming home.

We have all had experiences where we just “feel” something is wrong with someone we are close to. Or we just “know” who is on the end of the phone when it rings. We have all experienced noticing when someone is staring at us. The more sensitive we are the more we notice. I personally have many experiences of “knowing” when something is wrong with someone I care about wherever in the world they or I may be.

There are simple examples of people picking up on other’s thoughts. Nearly everyone has experience of “knowing” who was on the other end of the line when the phone rings and currently this phenomena is being explored by Rupert Sheldrake PhD and others.

Thus, if each atom of our body radiates out energy and everything in the universe is energy then by being attuned to universal and earth energy, we gain access to channelling that energy and by setting our intention to heal for the highest good of ourselves and our client, we can focus the energy on rebalancing the whole organism.

A personal Story

I received an email from a lady in Punta Arenas, Chile, South America telling me her story. One evening she decided to seek some help. Her life was in total turmoil and she recognised she needed help and she set the intention to find a healer and seek some Reiki the following day. That night she dreamt of being cocooned in soft healing energy and she saw a person’s face. The following day she started looking on Google for a healer and she came across my website. She recognised my face from her dream. It appeared that unconsciously (because I had never heard of her) I had picked up her intention and set about sending her healing straight away even before I had been asked. I placed her on my distance healing list after I received her email and slowly but surely, she turned her life around. She moved from Punta Arenas to Santiago and when I visited Chile on my way to Easter Island she kindly offered to show me around Santiago and told me how much the healing I had sent her had helped change her life.
