Science tells us that everything in the world is energy. That every physical thing in the universe is made up of matter and matter not only has energy and is made up of energy but it gives off energy as well and that everything has its own particular vibration and frequency. Physical matter, the things we can see such as our planet, rocks, mountains, trees, plants, animals and humans are all dense matter and vibrate at a lower frequency but they all give off energy. The vibration of our planet earth has been steady and was measured at 7.83Hz according to the Schumann Resonance. In 2014 it was noted that it had begun to accelerate to somewhere in the region of 15 to 25Hz levels. Scientists tell us that not only is the frequency of Earth accelerating, but changes are also in process in the sun and entire solar system.
There are some things that we can’t see such as gases in our atmosphere like oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, light. We may not be able to see them, but they are there. The reason we can’t see them is because they vibrate at higher frequencies, but they are still energy. In fact, in physics it has been discovered that every molecule, every nuclei, every electron is not only energy and matter but it also radiates into the field.
In physics fields are completely invisible structures, which have no mass and are therefore not matter, but they do exist.

These fields radiate out into the universe and apparently just keep on going. Imagine each molecule of our planet and each molecule of each living thing on this planet radiating fields of energy out into the universe overlapping with every other field out there. The image that comes immediately to mind is the creation of the sacred geometric fractal figure of the flower of life.

A fractal is a never-ending pattern and are infinitely complex patterns that are self-similar across different scales. There is even research being done into Fractal Cosmology, the theory of which is our universe is itself a fractal.

There are many simple exercises you can do to help you experience energy in many ways. For instance, rub your hands together vigorously and then hold them 4-6 inches apart and you will feel the energy. Alternatively, take two different crystals, or coloured materials or flowers, or anything and hold one in each hand and notice the difference. Or just think about two different people, one you like and one you don’t. Notice how you feel. You could also imagine two people you love one on each hand and notice which feels heavier. It might surprise you. Then ask yourself why that person feels heavier because it probably has nothing to do with their physical build.
