Angels are androgynous beings, they are neither male nor female and they are pure unconditional loving energy. When they were created no one knows but the creator of the universe (God for ease) created them prior to man. Being the energy of unconditional love they vibrate at a very high frequency which is why we don't see them. They resonate at the fifth dimension and above and their vibrational frequency is higher than humans who live and vibrate in a third-dimensional world.
Changes in Vibration
As more people raise their vibrations through spiritual practice and thereby being more loving and less fearful (the energy of love is a much higher frequency than the energy of fear) our world begins to vibrate at a higher frequency which then brings our vibrations closer to the vibrations of the fourth dimension where our deceased loved ones and spirit guide reside and to the fifth dimension where celestial beings and angels reside. As the veil between the dimensions thins then people can see, sense or feel their differing energies. In many cases, they are experienced as shifting orbs of light and colour rather than humanoid beings with wings which is how they have been depicted by man through the ages.
They are genderless beings, made up of an equal balance of male and female energy. They are completely androgynous, which is why some people experience them differently, some as male, others as female. In most cases, they have never incarnated in human form and they never will. Neither will we ever become angels (with the exceptions of Enoch and Elijah). This does not stop angels from using humans to do things for them, which is why we often see people as angels. “You’re an angel,” we say as someone helps us. As we develop and become more aware of our spiritual selves our vibrations rise and we can begin to connect to our spirit guides and angels.
Angels represent different archetypal energies such as love, forgiveness, abundance. They have been around so long, and they have been called so many different things in so many cultures and languages, that I don’t think it matters what you call them. As long as you know the quality of the energy you are asking for in your life, the appropriate angel will come. You can call the Archangel of Healing, Communication, Creativity. You don’t have to remember their names although that always helps. In fact, there are so many different angels for so many different purposes as well as each and everyone has a guardian angel.
