Simply go to the top main menu "Login/Register" item, in the menu drop-down you will see options for "Forgot your password?" and also "Forgot your username". Simply click the appropriate link and follow the instructions.

2. Go to checkout
3. Login or register
4. Confirm billing details
5. Shipping method is free for downloads
6. Confirm Order
7. Pay with PayPal then you will receive an email with a link
8. Click the link and you will be taken to the download area where you can select an appropriate folder on your computer to download to.
